In Peru, since 2008, the Public Ministry, offers the old abused women a service for complaint and attention in family violence emergencies. In the Cajamarca City, located in the rural Andes, recently from 2008 they cover these cases atention . Elderly women slowly carry out accusations, mostly, in cases involving emotional and physical violence. In some cases of sexual type. In approximately 4% of the cases assisted is elderly person and of them 92% approx are old women.
Objectives
- Determine the real number elderly women affected of rural by the physical, emotional and sexual violence atended in the 2008 - 2009 by the Forensic Psychological service in Celendin, Cajamarca 
- Understand the difficulty for attention access of the mistreated rural in rural old women  
- Identify the profile of those who attack rural elderly women
Methodology
Descriptive analysis and investigation in secondary resources.
Conclusions
Most rural elderly women from the andean areas don't denounce that they are mistreated. By lack of information on their rights and by the lack of legal services near your home, always when being in dependence condition and fragility they cannot move to the few existent centers in others citys. Also for a erroneous cultural adaptation of the services in andean areas conspire against effectiveness services and procedures.
However in is a small sample, similar patterns are observed in the perpetrators that in samples from developed countries.
