This is a participatory action research which were aimed to encourage awareness and participation of people in Nong Nam Sai community toward road safety. Goal of the project was to corporate community idea and action in to road traffic accident prevention and promote traffic regulation used under local folks agreement and traffic problem resolution by themselves. Proactive pilot project were oriented to Nong Nam Sai community by governmental multidisciplinary team. Workshop had held for Nong Nam Sai community traffic accident problem discussion. Community considered many levels of problem but the most important problems that the community could be able to manage was picked up and planned to solved after road traffic problem were clearly understood.
The results were founded that :  The community basic traffic regulation agreement were set and declared  by Nong Nam Sai senate ,which were Nong Nam Sai leader and folks. Then  regulation were compulsory used and practiced within Nong Nam Sai  community. Therefore,enforcement traffic check point were routinely done under cooperated by  Nong Nam Sai team,consequently 90% of Nong Nam Sai motorcycle rider respectively wore helmet ,all regulationsmeasures were followed and there was no serious road traffic accident in the community .Only neighbors passing through Nong Nam Sai area that had done activities against Nong Nam Sai regulation such as no helmet ,over speed riding and drunk driving. Thus, second phase,a participation activity that would promote road traffic accident prevention around Nong Nam Sai is an on going process that actively performed .
