Advancing the country of candidate towards the membership in the European Union depends the from that how large good candidate country realise of reform necessary that fill criterion for the approach. Strengthens the institution pivotally for the successful integration with the European Union (EU). Montenegro signing Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) commits will grow strong institutions on all levels so and the in the field of health system. The based on request EU in the area of the health system of Montenegro in the pre-accession period, we will identify criterion for the membership.
Goal of this work is identifications of characteristics which needs that is the present as part of health system in order to successfully carry out and would get: approach EU, conscientiously management and the macroeconomic sustainability. Besides, work also represents and inflated that will offer, managers of health system, much better understanding what is needfully that did in health centre and that helps carrying out the health politics of Montenegro, progress in the approach EU, execution of sound management practice and attaining the macroeconomic sustainability.
