Causes of traffic accidents are numerous as are measures taken to contain and fight crime on the road. These accident are often preventable or derives from the explained action of several circumstances.We tried to find ways to promote road courtesy and reduce the risk of increasing numbers of fatal accidents including speeding. 
We have shown how accidents should be tackled at both the human and the technical and or the environment view. We suggest the maintenance and creation of good quality driving schools, to be controlled jointly by the National Commission for Road Safety and the traffic police (TP). All drivers must have access to road traffic education and retraining . We also suggest: promoting the rules of the road in order to teach users a thorough understanding of the regulation; placing regulatory signals where needed and always renew pavement markings; closing or moving some bus stops; roads widening to avoid traffic saturation; enlightening of roads to ensure good visibility to users; driving licenses should be issued in compliance with the conditions required by law; restoration of the compulsory roadworthiness test for all vehicles used for  people and goods. 
The role of the officer of TP should be limited to counselling, education, information. Keep sanction only for recalcitrant perpetrators of violations requiring enforcement. 
We shall avoid any behavior that could compromise traffic or to cause accidents. 
Certainly, if the user and the authorities are aware of their responsibility for road safety, it would consequently reduce accidents and  their related causes
