Personal submission e.g. How would attendance at the safety 2010 conference help you to improve the prevention of injury and the promotion of safety in your locality?	As a senior epidemiologist, I have been working in the field of trauma for many years, i research and in the promotion of Safe Communities. Both in the past and in the present I have conducted studies regarding road injuries, trauma methodology and the management of trauma care. I am also a member in the national committee of trauma. This committee leads, among other things, the trauma care in Israel. I currently work at the research center which manages the Israel National Trauma Registry. The Trauma Registry is a vital source of information for research both nationally and with partners from abroad. most of our work has implications on policy and on prevenyion programms. I intend to send at least one abstract to the conference. In addition, I would be happy to help in any way to ensure a successful conference, for example, to be a moderator of a session, or anything else. It is important for me to meet with colleagues around the world, especially those that I have met at previous conferences, in order exchange views and professional experiences. I have attended most of the previous conferences, however, due to the current economical crisis, funds are limited. I would greatly appreciate if you could provide me with financial assistance in order to enable my attendance at the conference
