Registration for the Safety 2010 conference.

Terms & Conditions

Your registration will be confirmed on submission of this form.  Booking a place at the conference confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Cancellations received in writing at least one full calendar month before the event (no later than 16th August 2010) will be refunded, minus a 25% administration fee; regrettably no refunds can be processed after this date.

Places can however be substituted at any time with the prior knowledge and agreement of Safety 2010 conference organisers.  The change of details must be submitted in writing no later than 13th September 2010.

Payments should be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

If you are not able to make payment within this timescale due to awaiting the decision on your visa application, travel, etc, you must notify us in writing explaining the reasons for the delay in payment and when you will have a decision on the application/travel, etc.    

 
Payment must be received and cleared in full, in advance of the conference, no later than 1st September 2010.

All payments must be made in pounds sterling and paid in full - the delegate or organisation must accept all bank charges relating to the payment.  To read the full terms and conditions of the booking please click here.
